We Empower People Through Skills, Training & Opportunity
Train2Work Academy is a voluntary, not-for-profit, community-based training organisation committed to improving skills for work and lifelong learning. Our mission is to equip learners with the knowledge, confidence, and practical training they need to secure employment, progress in their careers, or achieve greater independence. We proudly support individuals from diverse backgrounds, particularly those facing barriers to education and employment, by providing inclusive training, career guidance, and community-focused learning opportunities.
Train2Work Academy works as a trusted delivery partner with local authorities, colleges, training providers, housing associations, children’s centres, community organisations, and charities. Together, we provide a safe, transparent, and supportive learning journey that helps participants gain valuable skills, access employment opportunities, and build brighter futures.
Our community outreach advisors work closely with local community groups, faith organisations, charities, and service providers to reach those who need support most. Through information sessions, motivational workshops, and personalised career advice, we help learners overcome challenges such as language barriers, limited qualifications, caring responsibilities, lack of confidence, and difficulties transferring overseas qualifications and experience into the UK workforce.
