About Course
Access to Construction is designed for learners who want to start a career in the construction industry. The course develops the practical skills, knowledge and confidence required to work safely on construction sites.
Learners will gain an understanding of health and safety in construction, prepare for the CSCS Card, and achieve a Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in Construction to improve their employment opportunities.

Eligibility
• Aged 19 and over
• Claiming eligible benefits
• Unemployed or on low wages
• Resident in the UK for the past three years
• Able to provide valid ID, passport, EU Settlement Status or UK long birth certificate
